Flat Roofing

B.J.S roofing undertakes three types of flat roofing systems:

1. The first is a traditional roll and pour method of a three layer felt system. These felt products are of a high performance range, which comes with a manufactures guarantee of ten years.
   
2. The second is a similar system of three layers except the felt is melted onto the roof using flam gun. These felt products are of a high performance range, which comes with a manufacturers guarantee of ten years.
3. The third method is a fairly new product called single ply, this is a modern very hardwearing rubber which is applied only using an inner cloth membrane and a specially modified adhesive.  Single ply is more expensive option than the traditional method but does come with a seventeen-year guarantee.
